That’s why vGi Holdings started its Apprenticeship Programme back in 2020 to give a chance and opportunity for young people to start their career at an international company. We have several apprentices who selected vGi Holdings’s programme as their first, real life work relationship. We are honoured to have them with us.

“I joined vGroup back in February 2021 on an apprenticeship programme. When I started at vGroup everyone was so kind and welcoming. In my induction they guided me through what my day to day would be like and have supported me in every question or query I have ever had. I am currently a Customer Service Executive but thanks to vGroup I have been able to study to become a Customer Service Specialist by being an apprentice. After I have finished the apprenticeship, I hope to stay in Customer Service or explore the different divisions vGroup have.”
The programme has been created for one main objective. To give a chance to you, young people to start their career with a successful company and try their wings. We know, if chance is given, people are tend to stay longer and tend to be more be loyal to companies. During the programme we are giving you essential induction training, but will also enroll you to further training courses internally and externally. We want to grow with you and one day, we want to be guided you as an expert in your field.
We have numerous apprentices working with us still to this day. Even before vGi Holdings were born, our subsidiary businesses have been providing opportunities to young and fresh graduates to work with us. They are now part of the senior management team and lead important divisions, and make crucial decisions. We rely on them on a daily basis and we trust them with their own projects.
Your development is the most important stage of our Apprenticeship Programme. You will have a Manager, or Mentor with you who will help you settle down easy, and quickly. After successfully passing your probation and induction programme you will work with us in your preferred role. Of course, that doesn’t mean you will be stuck there. We are continuously providing opportunities to step up and be better. Attend webinars, seminars, find and select relevant courses or even, in cases, supporting you to get your driving license.
