We have created a comprehensive induction programme for all employees to make sure they feel comfortable right where they are. Touching all essential departments, we will give you essential training to ensure full transparency and insight to all aspects of the business.

After successfully passing your induction, you will have a consultation with the HR department to find a suitable training path for your career.

Your training does not end with your successful induction. During your consultation, we will ask you which area you feel the most confident with, and witch area the least. We will work you to find suitable training courses both internally and externally to fill those gaps and make an expert out of you.

We are open to ideas and we would like to support you everywhere we can.

With the agreed course, or courses in place, you are now on the right path to develop your skills with vGi Holdings. We will give you flexibility and mobility to make sure you can finish the courses you set out to do. Starting later, or finishing earlier is not an issue with us.
